Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available yet, but we're working on it — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

When will my first envelope arrive?

We Ship on the 28th of each month. It takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

How is my envelope packaged?

Everything is packed by hand in a sturdy envelope . Sticker sheets. seeds and recipe cards are kept flat.

Do you provide tracking?

No— we ship each envelope via USPS using stamps.

Question 5

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscribers are charged on the same date each month. Annual subscribers are charged once a year on their renewal date. Gift box purchases are a single one-time charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

If your envelope arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations, but you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@sunshineinanenvelope.com. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We'll be sad to see you go, but there are no fees or penalties.

What happens to my current box if I cancel?

Any envelope already paid for will still be shipped to you. Cancellation stops future renewals only.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you need a break, just email us and we can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Your billing and shipping simply resume when you're ready.

What comes in each envelope?

Every envelope includes 3–4 sticker sheets, 1 recipe card, and 1 pack of seeds. All items are themed around the current season.

Do themes repeat?

Accepted Answer

Never. Each month has a completely new theme, new illustrations, and new recipes. We plan themes up to a year in advance so there's always something fresh.

Who designs the stickers and prints?

I (Monique) create and print all stickers at home.

Question 15

Can I buy past boxes?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunaly, no, you cannot purchase a previous month's subscription.
